A group of experts from the German car club ADAC conducted a large comparative test of summer tires, covering the 2022 models that are relevant to the local market. A total of 34 kits were tested, 16 of which were designed for small cars (tire size 185/65 R15 88H) and the remaining 18 for medium-sized passenger cars and subcompact crossovers (215/60 R16 99V).
We have already reviewed the test results of the 15-inch summer tires (185/65 R15 88H) in the previous article, and in this one we will look at the results of the 16-inch summer tires. The selected test size 215/60 R16 99V (V up to 240 km / h) is mounted on cars such as Mazda CX-3, Ford Galaxy / Mondeo / S-MAX, Volvo V60, Opel Astra / Insignia / Zafira, VW Beetle / Passat / Carp and others. A Skoda Karoq was used for the test car.
